About HOPS: Health Outpatient Services
HEALTH, Inc. was established in 2014 by a small group of like-minded doctors and nurses looking for a better and more affordable way of providing their services. With patient convenience their utmost concern, the small group quickly grew into thirty six (36) professionals highly respected in their fields.While Cebu has grown by leaps and bounds, the old culture of the hospitalist physician pervades and the role that they play in patient's lives as "healers" rather than "health providers" take precedence. Patients are often drawn into the doctor's office only when the need arises and therefore a large percentage of them are admitted leading to much expense.
